The freedom to act based on fitness for purpose ensures the needs of the client come first.
Transparent fee structures: We derive our revenue from consulting activities. By not aligning we are unbiased by and do not participate in incentive programs.

Target key outcomes: Auditors and other advisors usually have specific issues to be addressed.
By creating the brief based on delivering key outcomes the needs of the client can be met and the role of the advisor supported.

Where we support a Reseller Team we guarantee:
You are Our Client When the whole team performs we all benefit. Your relationships with your Client and with Methodology Consulting grow.
Supporting you: The beneficiary of the project is "Your Client". We are embedded in your team. We are committed to joint planning and execution.
Delivering for the client: We will plan and manage progress, risks and issues via the approach and in accordance with your Statement of Work to which we have committed and are a signatory.
Your brand: We will not self promote. Our team presents as one with your staff.

Via ORIGINATORS  On behalf of Originators - we work with your Resellers to support their clients in the following ways:
Enabling resources: Ensuring your resellers have the key skills, whether in a specific vertical or in the application of methodologies, we are an enabling resource.
Supporting your product (or service): Wherever a client has chosen your product or service, where we are associated with you or your resellers our commitment is to support that choice by joining your team to deliver.

CORE PRINCIPALS:  However we are engaged or introduced, directly, by or in partnership with Advisors, Resellers (or Originators), there is one set of core principals that assures quality of service to our Clients.

All consultants are committed to these principals:
Integrity: However you describe it Confidentiality (or Non Disclosure) is a key ingredient in all our professional relationships.
Transparency By setting an appropriate Approach, Governance structure and Communications Plan stakeholders (Clients, Auditors, Vendors etc) are appraised at an appropriate level of detail and scheduled points in the project.
Approach: Methodology by name and by nature. We are trained and experienced at implementing Formal Methods at an appropriate level. Where none is stipulated we continue to apply the rigor and disciplines in a less "branded" but no less effective manner.
