As the name Methodology suggests, we
have structured methods and of ensuring we get the best possible
understanding of our clients, their business environment and issues.
While clearly at the heart of what we do, scoping a project is often not
the first step, but more often a broader investigation can be well
worthwhile.
In conducting this Qualification developing
this broader understanding ensures we have the perspective to describe
an approach and formulate plans that will work with the business, in
concert with the balance of normal and ongoing business activities and
other (related) projects, to achieve the maximum return on investment
with reduced risk.
We use this simple process to gather, distil and reflect back to our
client to ensure we understand them, and they us. In this our
No Surprises philosophy is enacted from
the outset.
NO FEE PRE-QUALIFICATION:
Should the project not proceed beyond the Qualification there is
no fee chargeable for the activities involved in the Qualification.
Naturally in these situations the intellectual property within the
Qualification remains the property of
Methodology.
